UMP is building a collective of industry professionals who want their work attached to stories that matter, content that makes a real impact in the communities it reaches, and not just another line on a resume.
The work isn't limited to UMP's own shows. Team members work across two paths: UMP original content and creative projects, and client or field work, including commercial sets, advertiser productions, and live event coverage. Preference on both goes to our in-network team members first, before we look outside to fill a role.
We Invest In You
Most networks ask you to already have the certifications, the gear, and the credits. We don't. As you grow with us, UMP covers the cost of equipment certification through our studio partnerships, and once you're certified, you get real access to production and editing equipment and software.

We look at craft and commitment first. This is a team being built deliberately, around people who care about the work as much as we do, and not a roster padded out for volume.
